A directory, not a certification body
ClinicOnCall exists because clinic managers keep asking the same question: which answering service will sign a BAA, who actually picks up after hours, and what does the public site actually say.
We are independent of the vendors in the directory. Featured listings are paid and labeled Sponsored. That money buys placement, not a better quality note.
We do not give medical advice. We do not certify HIPAA. We do not collect PHI. If you request a quote, that request goes from your practice to the vendor.
Veterinary listings are included because the same desks often sell into animal hospitals. HIPAA is a human-health statute. Read those profiles as public-claim records, then ask counsel what your own data flow requires.
